Pickup Details

  • Ready in 2 hours — Most orders are ready within 2 hours of placement.
  • Hold for 48 hours — Your order is held at the store for 48 hours after pickup is ready.
  • Bring ID — Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email to pick up.
  • Someone else can pick up — Add an authorized person during checkout.
  • Free of charge — Click & Collect is always free.

Can I change my pickup store?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been prepared yet. Contact support to change your pickup location.

What if my order isn't ready?

If your order takes longer than 2 hours, we'll notify you via SMS with an updated pickup time.
