Print the prepaid return label and drop off the package at any carrier location.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed automatically.

Eligibility

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
Original receipt or order confirmation required
Sale items can be returned for store credit only
Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective

Exchange Policy

Want a different size, color, or item? Exchanges are free. Simply select "Exchange" when initiating your return, and choose the replacement item.

Same-value exchanges are free
If the replacement costs more, you'll pay the difference
If the replacement costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference

Refund Timeline

Credit/Debit Card — 5–7 business days after we receive the return
PayPal — 3–5 business days
Store Credit — Instant upon scanning at the store
